A Note on Tipping

While gratuities are a wonderful compliment, there is no expectation to tip in this office. Two of the greatest compliments you can give are booking regular bodywork with me and telling others about my service.

Policies

All appointments must be scheduled online or by contacting Maxine directly.

Rescheduled or canceled appointments more than 24 hours in advance will not incur a cancellation fee.

Canceled appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

No shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

If you arrive late to your appointment, unfortunately your session cannot be extended. This ensures that all clients receive their full scheduled time and maintains the integrity of the appointment schedule.
