Products

  • What do you use for products ?

    • I do my best to keep a variety of products available to accommodate individual needs, including nut-free products, pure jojoba oil, and unscented lotions.

  • Do you used scented laundry soap / dryer sheets?

    • No, all linens are laundered with scent-free detergent, sanitizer and dryer sheets.

  • Are fragrances permitted in your space?

    • I kindly ask that clients refrain from wearing strong fragrances or smoking before coming in for their session. We all share the air. Thank you.

During Your Session

  • How much of my time is “table time”?

    • The time you book is the amount of time you will receive work on the table. I budget time before and after the session for intake and out take.

  • Do I have to take off all my clothes?

    • No. You are encouraged to undress to your comfort level.

    • This can mean no clothing, undies on, or whatever level of clothing makes you most comfortable.

  • What happens if I get cold or hot?

    • Ultimately it is up to the client to communicate specific temperature preferences. My studio is equipped with several temperature control elements to keep you comfortable.

  • Do you have music?

    • Yes! I have a variety of genres on hand that I rotate.

After Your Session

  • What should I do after I receive a massage or bodywork?

    • There is a short outtake conversation when your session is finished. We will discuss the work and how to prolong results . You are welcome to take notes or contact me after the session if you have questions.

    • Regular bodywork is one of the best ways to maintain your results!

      • Muscle memory is a thing. Massage therapy creates meaningful change that shifts our patterns to reduce tension and relieve chronic pain.
